Generally it has many types of cards ,i know few like standard credit card,business credit card,platinum credit card etc.,these are top credit card types.hope it helps you.

In all the types you will get separate Credit card companies like American express,Airline etc.,so depends on the type one can avail the card accordingly.

Well there are many credit card types, some from the actual stores, major credit cards that are used almost anywhere, and then you have business/debit cards that come from making money and it goes directly onto the credit card. Then purchases can be made anywhere for example paypal.
There are so many different credit cards and each one has a good reason for using it as well as different rates.
Reasearching the type of card for you is best.

There are so many different credit cards in the US and around the world. I know that many of the top major credit cards are accepted around the world.
Each card is different in that they have different interest rates, rewards points, cash back, payment details, late payment fees, so if you decide to get a credit card make sure you check out all the different rules and regulations and match the one that fits you.
