Hi,
I
had lost my ICICI bank credit card on 25th Dec, 2009. I had gone for a
dinner to a restaurant (Hyderabad) and forgot the card there. But I
realized that card is missing only on 2nd Jan 2010. The movement I came
to know I had called the bank and blocked the card. But before that
someone had done a shopping of 93000/-. We suspect a waiter from a
restaurant had stolen the card. The waiter is also missing after that
day. I had done a FIR with Police and open a dispute related to
fraudulent transactions with the bank. I had also visited one shop with
police from where the criminal had done a shopping. We had seen the
transaction slips and signature does not resemble with my signatures. I
had informed the bank about signatures also.
