I was recently surprised to see that Discover was reporting my business credit card to the credit reporting bureaus . This caused my personal FICO score to drop 11 points. My business is organized as a sole proprietorship and could be the cause that Discover started doing this. It would have been nice if they informed me ahead of time so I could pay down the balance. So far Bank of America hasn't reported my business card to the reporting bureaus.
