hello friend i would like to share some important information regarding Credit fraud,There ia a law called FACTA(FAIR AND ACCURATE TRANSACTION ACT)this alert is for fradulent things,any one know about this?

FACTA is aproved by united states in 2003,this is the best law to save card holders from fraudlent things.

This is the act which allows customer to request a free report on credit for every tweleve months,nice act passed by US government.

I know about this alert ,this act also contains provisions to help reduce identity theft, such as the ability for individuals to place alerts on their credit histories if identity theft is suspected.so it reduces the risk in credit card obviously.

We can say in this way bin ,deploying overseas in the military, thereby making fraudulent applications for credit more difficult.
it requires secure disposal of consumer information…..so we need FACTA alerts.

Now a days FACTA alerts are using in all the banks ,it is a very good system to prevent theft,must be useful for big bussiness man.

Is this act for all credit cards/debit cards, business cards ect? It seems like credit card fraud is being more managed and less damage being done when someone has been violated. What else does it protect?

IS this being used all over the world or has it just been introduced in to the US? You say that all or some bank are using this program? Has the fraud rate gone down?
